Tahlka news Bureau, Lucknow: It took nine hours rescue a pair of endangered Gangetic dolphins from Sharda canal in Dewa forest range, Barabanki. The pair was successfully captured, translocated and released in Ghaghra river in Barabanki on Thursday. The rescue was done by the wildlife wing of the UP forest department along with Turtle Survival Alliance India. Sources said it's for first time that a pair of Gangetic dolphinswas rescused.
