Mumbai: Bollywood starrer Parineeti Chopra who is going to come back from her upcoming movie "Meri Pyaari Bindu" the actress is also going to make her first singing debut from the film. Parineeti's first ever song 'Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi' released on Tuesday morning her co-star Ayushmann Khurrana was first one to share the song on social networking site on twitter said "Parineeti Chopra ki awaaz bilkul meri novel ki heroine jaisi hai smooth aur sexy!" Ayushmann, who stars as a Bengali novelist Abhimanyu Roy in film 'Meri Pyaari Bindu'. Although after sharing the song Parineeti, looking forward to feedback. "My first attempt at singing! What do you think?" wrote Parineeti on twitter.
Although the video covers only the actress so that will be little disapponting for the fans to see both of them together who is looking to catch the glimpse of Parineeti and Ayushmann. Parineeti plays an aspiring singer while Ayushmann's character is that of a Bengali author in the film which is set in Kolkata.
Of playing a Bengali character in Meri Pyaari Bindu, Ayushmann told "I speak Bengali with my family in the film, but yes there are certain mannerisms, words, way of speaking, body language and the clothes I am wearing, that have to look natural. It's not as difficult as playing a Bengali in a Bengali film. In a Hindi film, I have to just see and take care of my nuances."
Composed by Sachin Jigar, Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi has lyrics by Kausar Munir. Meanwhile Meri Pyaari Bindu is set in Kolkata and is helmed by newcomer Akshay Roy. Meri Pyaari Bindu is scheduled to release on May 12.
