Odisha: The two day BJP national executive meet has been started on Sunday here in in Odisha capital Bhubaneshwar where Prime Minister Narendra Modi's road show have just been started . Party president Amit Shah is expected to underline the strategies for for unconquered territories ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
BJPs national executive meet begins here in Bhubaneshwar where around 350 people including Prime Minister Modi, party chief Amit Shah, union ministers, chief ministers of 13 BJP states such as UP's CM Yogi Adityanath, will be present at the premises.
Supports have rushed to the streets of Bhubaneshwr as Prime Minster Modi makes his way to the venue of the party meet from the airport.
PM Modi received a warm welcome as he arrived in the city with the party planning reception for him at several places during his way from the airport to the Raj Bhawan, where he scheduled to spend the night.
Chhatisgarh chief minister Raman Singh on behalf of the party said that the people in Odisha will be kept in mind during deliberations .
"I am noticing zeal and vigor in the BJP workers of Odisha. This meeting can prove to be a milestone in the upcoming elections of Odisha," he said.
BJPs national secretary Ram MAdhav said that the meeting is significant as decision related to the 2019 Lok Sabha polls and the upcoming assembly elections will be made here.
