New Deilhi: After winning Uttar Pradesh, NJP's two day executive meeting will begin here tomorrow with all arty bigwigs, including the Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself, joining the delebrations. However External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is likely to skip the meeting this time on health grounds, Union Minister of State for Petrolium and Natueral Gas Dharmendra Pradhan said.
"Sushmaji will not be able to attend the national executive meeting on health grounds. She has been advised rest by doctors," he said.
Swaraj's presence and guidance would be felt at the meet,
Pradhan told reporters while inaugurating the media center, set up for
conclave. Union Minister's, chief ministers of 13 BJP ruled states and three
deputy chief ministers will attend the meet, he added.
Also, party veteran LK Advani and MM Joshi will also be present. The Prime Minister is scheduled to arrive at the state capital by 3:30 PM tomorrow. He will proceed to the RAJ Bahwan before attending the national executive meet at Janata Maidan at 5 PM, Pradhan said.
Party president Amit Shah arrived here today , and granted the statue of BR Ambedkar at AG Chhak, near the Secretariat. Shah will also attend a programme at the state BJP headquarters to celebrate the Odia New Year.
