New Delhi: For the second time in a row, another Bihar Board class 12 topper is in the grip of controversy. Ganesh Kumar who topped fro the Arts stream has been arrested for hiding his age. BSEB chairman Anand Kishore sid that he fudged h is age and changed his name to appear for the matriculation (class 10) and class 12.
The Bihar Board result was declared was declared on May 30 and out of 12,40,168 students who appeared in the board exams, 7,94,622 students have failed.
Kumar, claimed that he was 24, but his actual age turned out to be 42. He is also a father of two children and his real name is Ganesh Ram.

An FIR has been lodged in the case against him and the certificates of both the exams he appeared for has been cancelled. He was asked few questions by the media on music in which he had scored 65 out of 70 percent.
He had difficulty in explaining what , 'Sur', 'taal' and 'matra', considered the basics of music. When asked what did he do in music particulars, he rhythmically sang a few line of a Bollywood number.
"He cheated the board by manipulating his age. So his name has been removed from the toppers' list. However there is no problem with his performance in the board exam . A FIR has been lodged against him and the school from which
he appeared for h is Class 10 and Class 12 examination in 2015 and 2017, respectively," said Kishor.
