CM Yogi wishes IPS and Mountainner Aparna Kumar for her next Summit

Lucknow: UP cadre IPS officer & mountaineer Aparna Kumar met with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath before she went to summit Mount Denali in Alaska (USA).

The Hon'ble CM Yogi Adityanath along with Healthminister Siddharthanath singh, Principal Secretary Home, Principal Secretary Information and DGP presents the Flag of India, UP Police and PAC to Aparna kumar DIG PAC before she departs for scaling Mount Denali, Alaska, USA the Highest peak of Continent of North America.

After climbing highest peak of North America she will be the first bureaucrat in history of India to successfully summit the 'Seven Summits'(Highest peaks of Seven Continents).

A proud moment for UP Police, India and 'Women Power'. She is an inspiration to millions of Indian women.

UP CM Yogi Adityanath wished her Good Luck and return back safely home.

IPS Aparna posted as DIG telecom in Lucknow. Aparna has now scaled 6 of the 7 summits (highest peaks of the seven continents considered the most challenging for mountaineers in the world.

2002 batch IPS Aparna, had hoisted the Tricolour and the flag of the Uttar Pradesh Police Service on Mount Vinson Massif on January 17.

She is an inspiration for many Mothers and Women proving that Age is no bar to achieve daunting and arduous targets, if one is willing to work an extra yard
